Septic Systems across the North Valley
BC Brown General Engineering has handled septic work across the northern Sacramento Valley since 1999, from our home base in Durham to job sites across Butte, Glenn, Tehama, Shasta, Colusa, Sutter, Yuba, and Plumas counties.
The ground changes fast in our service area, and the work has to change with it. On the valley floor that means engineered bases over expansive clay and rice ground with a high water table. In the foothills it means rock, slope, and drainage. Up in the mountain communities it means frost depth, snow loads, and lots that are only buildable a few months a year. Twenty-five years of working all three is what we bring to every estimate.
We pull the permits the job needs through each county, from Butte County Environmental Health for septic to grading and encroachment permits across the region, and we see every job through final inspection.
