BC Brown General Engineering has served Paradise since 1999. Paradise is the Ridge community still rebuilding after the 2018 Camp Fire, a town where new driveways, pads, and septic systems are going in across thousands of lots. We bring the same crews, equipment, and standards to every job here, from a single driveway to a full site build.
The ground around Paradise is decomposed granite and volcanic foothill soils on sloped, forested lots. Hillside work is our bread and butter: cutting level pads into grade, managing drainage and erosion on slopes, and building driveways and systems that hold their line on the hill.
Paradise is up the Ridge northeast of Chico. We pull permits through the Butte County Environmental Health Division when the job calls for it, from septic and grading to encroachment, and handle the inspections so the work closes out clean.
