Magalia sits in the pines just above Paradise, a forested foothill community that was also hit hard by the Camp Fire and is steadily rebuilding. We bring the same crews, equipment, and standards to every job here, from a single driveway to a full site build.
The ground around Magalia is forested decomposed-granite ground on steep, wooded Ridge lots. Hillside work is our bread and butter: cutting level pads into grade, managing drainage and erosion on slopes, and building driveways and systems that hold their line on the hill.
